Solution 1: login as administrator

To start with the common mistake, if you have created multiple accounts on your system, make sure you are logged in as administrator when accessing the file. The reason why you cannot read or edit the file / folder could be that file / folder was created with an administrator account and you are trying to access it with a guest account or any other. Solution 2: change folder attribute
