Solution 1: Allow access to the application
After a Windows update, not all microphones were able to transmit their sounds to applications. This was set as the default behavior for all headphones and microphones.. To remedy this, you need to navigate to windows settings and change option manually. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator before continuing.

Now make sure the Allow apps to access your microphone option is checked. What's more, below you will see a list of all the apps that have access to your microphone. Make sure the application you are trying to run has access enabled.

Save Changes and exit. Now try to start the app and see if the microphone works properly.
Solution 2: check microphone settings
If the microphone input level is not adjusted to the correct levels, Sound may not be transmitted correctly to the computer. Actually, it will be transmitted but it will give you the illusion that it is not. In this solution, we'll navigate to your mic settings and make sure your mic level is set correctly.

Look for the sound icon present on your taskbar. Right click on it and select Sounds.

Once in the sounds, select the Recording tab. The device list for the microphone appears. Right click on the microphone and select Properties. Now select the Levels tab and set the level to 100. Save changes and exit.

In case you don't see the headphones in the recording tab, navigate to the playback tab and follow the same steps for your headphones.

Now test the microphones properly and see if the problem has been fixed.
Solution 3: Firmware update
In exceptional cases, The firmware on your Logitech headphones may not update or work properly. In this case, we can try to connect the headphones with the computer and update the firmware to the latest version. Make sure to disconnect all other peripherals from the computer before continuing.

Now slide the power switch to ON.

Now press Windows + S, scribe “symbol of the system” in the dialog, right click on the application and select Run as administrator.

Once on the command line, run the following command so we can locate the G933 firmware update utility.

The utility will start and the firmware update will begin. Follow the instructions on the screen so that the update utility can start.

After upgrade, restart the computer and headphones and check if the problem is solved.
Solution 4: do a hard reset
If all three solutions don't work, you can try to restart the headset successfully. Hard reset will erase all stored settings and set the headset as new. You would need a pin and you would have to remove the plate from the left side carefully.

Now, on the microphone side, carefully remove the side plate so that the internet structure is bare and visible to you.

Now take a little pin and locate the hardware reset button. Hold down for a few 2 seconds.
