2. In the Edit window, in the Value data section, change the value to ffffffff and apply the changes you have made. Make sure the base is set to hexadecimal.

1. Now you can manually restart your computer by clicking Start Menu>> Power button>> Restart and check if the problem has disappeared. This will solve memory management problems and, hopefully, will prevent PUBG from crashing further.

Solution 4: reinstall the game

Reinstalling the game should be last on the list, but the good news is that everything is saved in your account and you won't have to start over. If you have a good internet connection or a powerful PC, the game should reinstall in no time and the error should stop appearing.

1. Click the start menu button and open the Control Panel by searching for it or locating it in the start menu (Windows users 7). Alternatively, you can click gear icon to open Settings app if using Windows 10 as operating system on your computer.

2. In the control panel window, switch to To see how: Category in the upper right corner and click Uninstall a program in the Programs section.
