The Windows Store is an application marketplace introduced by Microsoft on Windows 8 and Windows 2012. Software developers can publish their applications in this marketplace for cataloging for a wide range of potential users of their software.. Like many other app stores, in-store postings are monitored and go through a certification and approval process.
Error 0x80070015 can be caused by some issues. The Windows Store itself may be corrupted or the login credentials may be corrupted. This process also depends on the Windows update service, who may be experiencing problems. Third-party apps can also cause conflicts with the store from time to time.
Follow the steps below in order until the matter is resolved.
Method 1: Descargar Power ISO Virtual Drive Manager
Press the Windows key »» and start typing »Task«. Select »Task management r» from the list. It should be at the top of the list. Once opened, click on »More details«. In the new view, select »Details«. You can sort by any of the columns but I recommend the description. Identify any Power ISO related process and right click on it and click »End Process Tree«.
Method 2: Clear the store cache
Press the »Windows» key and the »R» key at the same time to display the message »Run«.. From there, type »wsreset.exe» which will clear and reset the Windows Store cache. After running it, a black console window will open with a Windows Store icon in the upper left. Once completed, should open the store for you.
Method 3: Windows Store app troubleshooter
Press the Windows key »» and start typing »troubleshooting«. On the list, the option to select is »Troubleshooting» / "Control Panel". On the left side, click on »View All» and click on »Windows Store Apps«. Click »Next» in the »Windows Store Applications» window that opens and in the following windows. You can request that your PC restart during this process.
Method 4: Windows Update troubleshooter
Press the Windows key »» and start typing »troubleshooting«. On the list, the option to select is »Troubleshooting» / "Control Panel". On the left side, click on »View all» and click on »Windows Update«. Click »Next» in the Windows Update troubleshooting window. Depending on if you have UAC enabled, You may be asked to »Try to troubleshoot as an administrator«. Select that option if prompted. From there, if a problem is found, will point out the problem and ask you to »apply this solution«. Apply the fix for as many fixes as possible. The last option will be »Close the troubleshooter» and you can do it at the end. The tool will indicate what problems it found and was able to fix.
