Method 1: use File Explorer

1. Open File Explorer.

2. Use the menu on the left to click on the Homegroup tab to select it.

2. Inside the Control Panel, click Homegroup (use the search function in the upper right corner if the menu is not among the visible items)

How to change the HomeGroup password in Windows 10

If you have used the above methods to view your current HomeGroup password, but now he's looking for a way to change it, we got it covered. The instructions below will help you change the current password you are using for your local local group.

But before starting to follow the instructions, note that for this to work, all family group computers must be ON (NOT in sleep or hibernation).

Once the requirement is under control, this is what to do:
