Method 1: Factory reset the MXQ Pro using the built-in settings
When running on the Android operating system, MXQ Pro has a built-in setting to restart it.
Paso 1: Connect your MXQ Pro 4K Android TV Box to the TV and navigate to the settings menu.
Paso 2: in the Preferences section, select More settings.
Paso 3: Navigate to the Personal section and click Backup and reset.
Paso 4: On the next screen, click the Factory data reset menu.
Paso 5: Click Reset and then CLEAR ALL to restart your MXQ Pro Android TV Box.
Method 2: Hard reset of MXQ Pro with Reset button
You can access this method when your streaming device hangs, freezes or gets stuck on logo. Hard Reset MXQ Pro 4K is also recommended when your device is very slow to respond and you cannot access the settings option on it.
Paso 1: Remove the power supply from your MXQ Pro device.
Paso 2: With the help of a thin bar, press and hold the button provided inside the AV slot (back of device).
Paso 3: Now, connect power supply.
