The reason we think the app is not enabled is that Nintendo users are absolutely different from users of other smartphone devices. Most teens and adults who love games prefer consoles. Not the smartest choice to launch a streaming app for gamers. Disney Plus is no exception for this case. The only exception are popular streaming apps like Youtube and Hulu., since you can get these apps from the eShop.
