Since the launch of iOS 7.1.1, Apple introduced a new security mechanism on all iOS devices that requires the device owner to disable Find My iPhone before an iCloud account can be deleted or the iOS device can be restored..
Well, this obviously requires access to the password associated with that device's Apple ID. The whole system was heralded as a big step forward for the Apple company.. Unfortunately, it seems that it is not completely safe, after discovery of a bug in iOS 7.1.1 which allows you to skip the whole process quite easily.
Below are more details and a step-by-step guide to delete iCloud account without password.
1. First go to Settings> General> About and make sure you have iOS 7.1.1.
2. then go to Settings> iCloud> Find my phone
3. Press and hold the Find My iPhone button on the left and tap remove account while holding it down. Sometimes have some delays, but a dialog box should appear with three options: “Save to my iPhone”, “Delete from my iPhone” Y “Cancel”. Touch “Delete from my iPhone” and immediately then touch “Search my Iphone” again; when the pop-up window opens again asking for the password; tap cancel.
4.Now go to the iCloud settings and remove the iCloud name, just delete it. (don't touch done)
5. Now press and hold the power button and turn off your device. (slide to turn it off) and then press and hold the power button again to turn it on.
6. Turn your device back on. Now go to Settings -> iCloud.
7. Now click on Remove account. It will ask you to delete the iCloud account again twice, click Delete every time.
8. It should start to fade. As simple as that. To avoid this, make sure you have a passkey on your device, anyone could do something like this on their device in a matter of 5 minutes.
